- Notice of Game Malfunction in Bloodsuckers Touch
Redbet regrets to inform its customers that, as a result of a software malfunction in higher bet level bonus rounds of the tablet and mobile version of its NetEnt Bloodsuckers game (Bloodsuckers Touch), the game did not operate as intended and winnings were paid out on those bonus rounds at a lower level than they should have been. A small proportion of players of the game were affected to some extent. The malfunction occurred during the period between the launch of the game on 21 August 2014 and its suspension.
As a result, Redbet has taken the decision to void all affected game rounds and to return players to at least the position in which they would have been had they not participated in the malfunctioning bonus rounds. This decision has been taken in accordance with the game malfunction voiding provisions contained in our customer terms and conditions and our regulatory authorities have been notified. Players left in a worse position than they would have been had they not participated in the malfunctioning bonus rounds will have their player accounts credited with an amount equal to the relevant stakes that have not already been returned to them through winnings. Players left in a better position than they would have been had they not participated in the malfunctioning bonus rounds will be entitled to retain those winnings. For the avoidance of any doubt, all game play within the primary game and all bonus rounds played at bet level 1 performed as expected and have not been subject to voiding.

- If I use a betting bonus, what happens if I win my first bet?

When betting with a betting bonus active, the first money to be used is any bound real money. After that bonus money will be used and lastly real money in your main wallet will be used.

When you have a bonus and the bonus money is not enough to cover the entire bet, any remaining money will be taken from your main wallet.
